A standing hour each month. You bring the part you can't say out loud yet — whose default is hidden in this, where it won't hold, what it's doing to the thing it claims to measure. Between sessions you can send me the thing you're wrestling with and I'll come to the hour having read it closely. Not deliverables. Judgment, at the level the problem lives.

I work with women who carry that. It isn't confidence coaching — it's learning to tell your own judgment apart from the voice that got there first and made itself at home. I won't promise you'll stop finding it hard. You won't do it without company, and we'll be precise about what's yours to carry and what never was.
Six sessions over three months. We start with a conversation — not a sales call, a first session — and if it isn't right, you pay for the one hour and we stop.
